Uploaded Content: Any images you upload to post to Instagram are stored temporarily and periodically deleted after posting.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to improve your experience on EasyMuse. Specifically:

To log in and authenticate your account via Facebook Business.
To manage your Instagram Business pages for content posting.
To generate AI-driven content suggestions via OpenAI and, in the future, Claude LLM.
To temporarily store images for Instagram posts.

3. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the service. Uploaded images are deleted periodically after they have been successfully posted to Instagram. You may request to delete your account and data at any time by contacting us at team@easymusebyebyebot.app.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services to provide core functionalities:

Supabase: We use Supabase to store your personal information and uploaded content.
OpenAI & Claude LLM: We integrate with these AI platforms to help generate content for your Instagram posts. When you use our service, your data may be processed by these platforms to create optimized text content.
Facebook & Instagram API: Your Instagram Business account information is accessed via Facebook API, and we only collect the necessary permissions to allow posting on your behalf.

We prioritize the security of your data. We use industry-standard measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
